I got an iPad for xmas and have been wanting to explore my DJ options. I got Algoriddim’s Djay and it is pretty sweet. I don’t think I would ever play out with it, but it would be a great way to test out mixes, playlists and stuff. Here is a quick 15 minute mix of 3 songs: Sloppy but you get the point.
I’ve been wanting to do this for some time now. A true eighties mixtape using vinyl and (hopefully) transferring it to tape. I’m not to sure about the tape part, but I have a side one and side two, chock full of the songs that always struck me as a bit creepy or eerie when I was growing up and a few recent discoveries.
This is a mix in response to several things. First, I need to find a gig. Its killing me, but its my own fault. Then the other night we went to Trinity nightclub and had a horrendous time. The djs were not that great (the one in the red room spinning hip hop and stuff was fine, the blue room guy was bad, and the main room was just club stuff, so whatevs) and the asshats on the dance floor totally ruined it by trying to dry-hump anything in a skirt.
So I made this mix. Its clubby house and a lot of fun. Enjoy, because you’re gonna want….

I’ve had the same theme for awhile now, time for something new. I also need to add a bunch of stuff; t-shirts, maps, new photos, old photos….
I wonder if I can get more than 5 stinking photos on this main page.
