I have excellent troubleshooting skills as well as technical ability. I am able to “humanize” technology and use plain English to teach or train without exessive use of technical terminology. I am also completely comfortable with both Mac and Windows platforms and have cross-platform compatibility knowledge and flexibility. Heavy on quality control, a lot of technical “grunt work” in InDesign. Also minor technical troubleshooting, miscellaneous design tasks. Streamlined many processes, cutting about 2 days off of the time required to do my job.
